general information

  • i will only open a limited amount of slots at a time, please let me know if you want to be put on a pinglist

  • my turnaround time can vary a LOT but it should not take me longer than a month or two to finish your commission depending on my queue and life situation

  • i will keep you updated on the status of your commission! i currently don’t have a trello but plan on making one for updates on commissions and owed art

  • i will also send you a watermarked version of a sketch to approve or request edits before i continue working on your commission (this does not apply to sketchpages, i will only do minor edits for those). this sketch can be redone but after the sketching phase i will only do small edits

  • my commissions are digital only unless stated otherwise. you will receive a .png file and can request a .csp or .psd file

  • i don’t do commissions for people under the age of 13, no exceptions

  • i have the right to decline any commission

payment

i take payment in eur via paypal. when getting a commission from me, please provide your paypal email so i can send you a request!payment for commissions under $40 must be done upfront before i start working on your commission. for commissions over $40 i offer a payment plan where you pay 50% upfront and 50% after the sketching and lining process. please do not misuse this payment plan (it is not worth it and will get you blacklisted).i do not do refunds unless i am unable to finish your commission. i struggle with chronic depression, burnout and adhd and while my mental health has gotten way better over the past year, i often don’t realize i’m not doing well until it’s too late. if that is the case, i’ll message you and send you a full refund.on very very rare occasions i MIGHT take other forms of payment (gift cards, dA points etc). this will be announced beforehand. please do not message me about these forms of payment unless i explicitly offer them on my socials!

i won’t draw

  • mechs

  • feral nsfw / suggestive art of any kind

  • nsfw / suggestive art of minors and child-like characters. i do not care if they’re 3000 years old if they look and/or behave like a child i will not draw any nsfw of them

  • characters you don’t have permission to use

  • hateful themes (homophobia, transphobia, racism, ableism etc etc)

  • themes of self harm / suicide (i’m not comfortable with drawing these things for other people)

  • ferals

  • anthros

  • humans / humanoids

  • artistic nudity

  • nsfw / suggestive art of ADULT anthros and humans / humanoids (see below for more information on nsfw commissions!)

  • pretty much anything that isn’t on my “won’t draw” list lol feel free to message me if you have any questions

credit

  • my art is not intended for commercial use. do not sell it as merchandise or prints

  • i will post commissions on my socials and/or use them as examples. if you want to keep a commission private please tell me beforehand

  • do not repost my art without crediting me (tag me on sites i use and link to my toyhouse when reposting on other sites)

  • do not repost my art on r34, e621 or furaffinity

  • do not post .csp or .psd files i send you as they are intended for private use only to prevent art theft

  • it would be great if you have a toyhouse account when commissioning art but it is not needed (for designs see below!!)

designs

  • the previous rules also apply to designs made by me

  • i don’t really care what you do with designs bought from me as long as it stays non-commercial and you credit me for the initial design

  • DO NOT draw feral nsfw of my designs

  • YOU MUST HAVE A TOYHOUSE ACCOUNT WHEN BUYING MY DESIGNS. if you don’t have one yet i should be able to provide an invite code.

  • please do not delete toyhouse pages of designs made by me!! if you want to sell/gift/trade to someone off-site please tell me beforehand so we can work something out!

  • do not sell my designs for more than they’re worth (initial price + commissioned pieces)

nsfw

i will not draw any nsfw / suggestive content for minors. if you’re underage, you shouldn’t even have access to my nsfw art as i always keep it hidden behind filters and am very careful about who interacts with it. DO NOT SHARE MY NSFW ART WITH MINORS OR TRY TO GET AROUND THESE FILTERS.i require a valid form of identification for nsfw commissions. usually a selfie of you holding your id up where both your face and your id are clearly visible is enough. i will delete this image after verifying.FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE THEIR DEADNAME ON THEIR ID: you can black out your deadname in the verification image if you’re more comfy that way!! i’m trans myself and fully understanding of this! (tip for german people: dgti* offers a pretty cheap supplementary id for people who cannot afford / aren’t ready for an official name change! google “dgti* ergänzungsausweis” for more information!! i’ve had mine for roughly two years now and was able to use it for almost anything, feel free to message me if you have any questions about it)
